Suddenly we had both changed. Centropol had become a dynamic, modern and communicative company and Noesis knew it inside out. And understood the company’s needs. It was clear that we both stood to gain from extending our cooperation, and Noesis was put in charge of the public relatoins, managing all the marketing and organizing various marketing projects. We cooperated on a number of projects, and each one made a difference and produced results. We completely rebranded the company, and collaborated with the foundation Energie pomáhá (Energy Helps), which enables us to support children doing more sport and exercise. We also got involved in charity projects together. But our most notable collaboration was also an innovative one: opening new branches all over the Czech Republic. We said, ‘It’ll be a piece of cake with us’ and we got to work with such verve that we simply couldn’t fail. We love this story. We love the calmness of it, its gradual development, and the sense of loyalty between us and Centropol. Of course, it’s still business, but that needn’t exclude such values as friendship, respect and trust.

Noesis and Centropol

 

We take part in the development of brand values as well as in increasing the market share of the brand. We are in charge of the communication and creative strategy, the development and implementation of ATL and BTL creativity, POS and the support of sales channels. Creating and implementing a new visual style for the brand was a significant task.

 

Redesign of the brand.  The new design was created with the aim of introducing a new market position for Centropol. At the same time, awareness of the brand was strengthened – spontaneous awareness rose to 16% and prompted awareness reached 58%. Brand loyalty has also increased.

 

Opening of customer centres. Centropol was the very first among relevant competition to open branches. This involved establishing and equipping them and, in particular, bringing people to the customer centres. It was a success beyond expectations, which is particularly clear in the marked increase in sales and in the acquisition of new customers.
